Where are my holidays in Outlook 2003?

So you may have tried to find New Year’s day on your Outlook 2003 calendar for 2008, and there was nothing. Why? well you think to yourself, tools, options, calendar options, add holidays. But that adds it to 2007 only.

This is because Microsoft only offers holiday calendar updates for 3 years after the product version. So for outlook 2003, the year 2007 is the last year you will get the holidays. Outlook 2007 on the other hand is good until 2012.  No worries, there’s a KB article that describe this and also a fix. Simply install the hotfix and reinsert your holidays through tools, options, calendar options are you are all set.
