Citrix Presentation Server 4.5 licensing server won’t accept license

You look in your licensing manager and you don’t see your new license file listed, even after you add it. The only one there is the startup license. In your server application event logs you receive numberous error messages such as this:

This is because the licensing file is incorrect. APPARENTLY, the hostname is CASE-SENSITIVE for the licensing file. My license file was created with the hostname ‘citrixtst’. After going to my command prompt and issuing a ‘hostname’ command, it said ‘CITRIXTST’. So, I reissued a new citrix license with the case-sensitive hostname, restarted my Citrix License Management Console and Citrix Licensing WMI services, with
