Exchange Error c10312e7 – This e-mail address already exists in this organization.

So you try to create a new user in AD for Exchange and specified an email address, only to find that the address was taken.
Then you remember, oh, you gave that address for someone else.. but you forgot who.

So HOW to find that email address on where it is attached to.

1) Windows AD and Users snap in
2) Right click on your domain and choose find
3) Drop down list 1 choose custom search, and then drop down list 2 choose entire directory
4) On the advanced tab enter in the ldap query
proxyaddresses=smtp:EMAIL@DOMAIN.COM

Click find and you will the user who has the email address. Then you can remove that address and reassign it.
