The MAD Monitoring thread was unable to read its configuration from the DS, error ‘0×80041010′. In your Exchange application event log, you will see this every 5 minutes. The fix can be found here at Microsoft’s knowledge base. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/288590

Create a new user in active directory with an exchange mailbox.
Logon to outlook with the newly created account.
Open Tools -> Options
Click the Calendar options
Click the Resource Scheduling
Only have the first 2 checkboxes selected, 1)Automatically accept meeting requests and process canellations. 2) Automatically decline conflicting meeting requests.
